Well, that settles it

I think I’m going to have to suspend my ban on watching comic-book based movies and rent Iron Man. I’ve had several people tell me that it is one of the best of the genre, and, frankly, I’ll need a little background information at some point, because the trailer for Iron Man 2 looks… freakin’ awesome.

    You had a ban on comic book movies? But why?! They can be amazing. Granted they can also be crap. But that is true of any genre.

    I agree that you will like Iron Man. And probably The Dark Knight (though I think it was overhyped).

    What sparked this ban? Did Mom convince you to see the Fantastic Four sequel? That would sour anyone to the genre….
